  1. I just love soda making because it brings back so many soda shop memories of my early youth on the other side of the tracks in that working class New Jersey town. To powerfully have witnessed all the smells, the tastes, the gurgling, sizzling of the seltzer water from the fountain, the syrups, the ice creams, the egg creams, the root beer floats, the chocolate ice cream sodas; the condiments of chocolate and colored sprinkles and wet walnuts and cherries and the owner who shared his soda making repertoire prowess with pleasure. Please, I need to stop already, it’s simply too much…
